Managing Your Search Results

Viewed vs. Hide vs. Exclude: When to Use Each

Updated today

We have three tools to keep your searches clean and focused: Viewed/Unviewed tracking, Hide, and Search Exclusions.

Here's when to use each:

Viewed vs. Unviewed

Unviewed: Companies / profiles you haven't opened or reviewed yet are indicated by a blue dot.

Viewed: Companies/profiles you’ve already reviewed will no longer display the blue dot.

Filter for Unviewed Companies

Use the Unviewed filter in your Saved Search to focus on new opportunities. Click the Display button and toggle to show Unviewed results.

Tip: Select multiple profiles and mark them as Viewed to clear them from your unviewed list and stay organized.

Hide Companies

  • Remove Irrelevant Results: Hide companies to permanently exclude them from all future searches.

  • Relevance Score: Hidden companies affect your relevance score, improving tailored recommendations.

Excluding Companies from Specific Searches

To hide companies in specific searches only, add them to a custom list and exclude that list from your targeted search. Learn more here!
