Instantly push interesting startups into your Affinity lists and assign the owner and status from the company profile or Chrome extension
Pull From Affinity into Harmonic then use Affinity lists column to view which lists a company is on
Click on the Affinity list column to view the stage and owner assigned in Affinity
Use Affinity lists as a search filter
To activate your Affinity sync, go to Settings -> CRM Integration then paste your Affinity API key. Learn how to find your Affinity API Key.
Bring your Affinity context to Harmonic and select your sync cadence:
Instant (recommended)
Instant syncs are powered by webhooks and therefore minimize Affinity API calls.
As soon as you make changes on Affinity, you’ll see the updates on Harmonic (upon refresh)
Affinity users are limited to 3 webhooks, so you’ll need to make sure you have sufficient slots to opt in for Instant updates!
Hourly or daily
These options use more Affinity API calls; the number of calls used will be dependent on the number of Affinity lists you have multiplied by the number of times that data is requested
Additional notes on Affinity API call usage
Each time you open a drawer, Harmonic will consume a minimum 2 Affinity credits + 1 for each unique owner. This can often result in spending 3-5 Affinity credits but can be much higher depending on how many lists a company is in, and how many owners it has across those lists. You can monitor how many credits are being used within Settings.
