Harmonic’s Network Mapping lets you integrate your entire team’s network with just a few clicks. Everyone your team has emailed, met with, or connected with on LinkedIn gets mapped onto the complete startup database.

Steps to Sync Your Network
Navigate to Settings
Within Settings, select “Network Mapping”. Then select "Connect Google Account" and accept the terms. Follow the outlined instructions to connect LinkedIn and import your first-degree connections.
Once you’ve accepted the terms, it will kick off your sync. The initial sync will take ~24-48 hours until you can visualize your Network within Harmonic!
Note: To remove or edit your Integration Settings, select the Connected account, edit your settings, and/or remove the integration as you see fit.
Value from Network Mapping
1. Get alerted when anyone in your team's network is making moves
After you’ve connected your Google Account, the people you’ve emailed or met with will be added to your “My Connections” and “Team Connections” people lists. You can subscribe to these lists to get notified when people are changing jobs or updating their LinkedIn.
2. Search for founders and startups in your team's network
Easily build a search for companies recently added to Harmonic where you or your team is connected.
Similarly, you can filter for companies where you’re not connected to an individual. After you’ve built the search, you can “Subscribe” to receive Email or Slack alerts when new results are available.
3. View the full interaction history with a startup or founder
Know who on your team has been in touch, when, and why. Use the “Network” tab on the company profile to get an overview of prior conversation history.
To visualize this info within the Grid, ensure you've selected the "Team Network" Column.
Your data is always secure with Harmonic
We know how valuable your data is and how quickly we would lose your trust if it were compromised in any way. Harmonic is SOC 2 Type II compliant and will always take the utmost data protection precautions.
With Network Mapping your data is completely isolated to your firm. The data is encrypted at rest with row-level security at the database level and we only surface subject lines and meeting participants. Please note that we currently don't have in-team access control for this data, which means that the synced data will be available to everyone at your firm who has an account.
