Send an email with a company's email in the subject line and instructions within the body of the email, then receive a response from ChatGPT.

Step 1: Create a Trigger step for New Inbound Email in Email by Zapier.

Step 1a: Within that step, open Trigger and customize the email address. Copy this address and save it for later to use the Zap.

Step 2: Create an Action step for Enrich a Company by Website in Harmonic.

Step 2a: Within that step, open Action and map the subject line from the email trigger step as the input for Company Website.

Step 3: Create an Action step for Conversation in Ask ChatGPT.

Step 3a: Within that step, open Action and lay out the User Message by referencing the data fields from the Harmonic output you'd prefer. If the body of the email contains your instructions, add that at the top. You can then select your preferred GPT model and beyond that you can modify the parameters for GPT to modify your outputs.

Step 4: Create an Action step for Send Outbound Email in Email by Zapier.

Step 4a: Within that step, open Action and map the Sender and Subject from the Trigger outputs then map the Body from the ChatGPT output. Optionally you can customize any of these values including setting a display name for the email sender within From Name.

Publish your Zap and send an email to your custom address to get started!
