What is the Harmonic Zapier app?
This app, built into Zapier, enables you to create your own customized workflows with Harmonic data wherever you work, with zero technical or coding expertise required! Don’t like the way our Slack integration works, for example? Build your own, without code, that includes exactly the company data your team wants.
The app currently supports enrichment for Companies and People.

Does this have an additional cost?
There is no additional cost from Harmonic to use this app. It does require access to the Harmonic API. Zapier has a monthly subscription fee which varies depending on usage. See Zapier's pricing here.

What does it mean that the app is in Beta?
The app is currently invite-only and is subject to change. We are going to gather feedback from customers who test the app and will launch a full version publicly on Zapier.

How do I use the app?
1. Create a Zapier account & use the invite link for the Harmonic Beta
2. Create a new Zap and set a Trigger
3. Add an Action step and search for Harmonic
4. Select the event type
5. Authenticate your account via your Harmonic API Key. Your key can be found in your API Usage Dashboard. If you are an admin and would like to generate a new key specifically for Zapier you can do so on the Manage API Keys page.
6. Map the Website or LinkedIn URL from your previous step into the Action field. This will define the identifier passed to Harmonic for enrichment.
7. In the following Action step, map the Harmonic outputs to their corresponding destinations to utilize the data in your workflow.
8. Publish your Zap!
Workflow examples
GPT Analyst via Email
Send an email to Zapier with a company domain in the subject line and get a reply from ChatGPT with a summary of the company.
Slackbot Researcher
Tag @Harmonic in a Slack channel with a company's domain and get a reply with the description & data from the company.
Airtable Enrichment
When new companies are added to an Airtable from a form submission, enrich the company data and update the row with company data.
