When you can't find a specific company in our database, we provide two convenient methods for sending enrichment requests. After submitting an enrichment request, you can expect that company to enter our database within 1 day. By utilizing these options, you can help us expand our database and provide comprehensive information. Let's explore how you can contribute to our platform's enrichment process.

The Harmonic Chrome Extension is a powerful tool that simplifies the enrichment request process. Follow these steps to send an enrichment request effortlessly:

1) Make sure that you have the Chrome Extension downloaded. If not you can find it here!

2) Click on the Harmonic Chrome Extension: Visit the company's website and click on the Harmonic Chrome Extension icon located in your browser toolbar.

3) Submit the Enrichment Request: The extension will automatically generate and submit an enrichment request if the company is not found in our database. Rest assured, our team will promptly process the request.

To submit an enrichment request by uploading company URLs, follow these steps:

1) Import companies to an existing or new list

2) Provide the Company URLs or LinkedIn URLs: Fill out the form, including the URLs of the companies you wish to enrich. Double-check the URLs for accuracy.

3) Submit the Enrichment Request: Once your list is submitted, enrichment requests will automatically be submitted if the company does not exist in our database

If you enrich a company using the API that we don't have in Harmonic, we immediately go fetch the profile. Try re-enriching the company in ~24 hours to get a more complete company profile!
