Attio Integration

Bring your Attio lists and fields into Harmonic, research your pipeline with Scout, and add companies to Attio with one click.

Before you begin

You’ll need:

  • A Harmonic workspace admin

How to connect Attio

  1. Open Settings → Integrations in Harmonic and select Attio.

  2. Select Enable and give Harmonic access to your workspace.

  3. Choose the Attio lists you want to sync.

  4. Select the fields you want to bring into Harmonic.

  5. Choose a sync cadence, review your selections, and complete setup.

Your first sync imports the selected data. Allow it to finish before checking your lists and fields in Harmonic.

  • Instant (recommended)

    • Instant syncs are powered by webhooks.

    • As soon as you make changes on Attio, you’ll see the updates on Harmonic (upon refresh)

Add a company to Attio

  1. Open the company’s Add to list menu on a company’s profile page, side panel, or chrome extension. Alternatively, select one company in a grid table and open the Add to list menu via the Grid Action Bar.

  2. Choose the synced Attio list you want to add it to.

  3. Fill in any connected field values you want to send, then confirm the add.

The available fields depend on what your team connected: global fields and fields belonging to the selected list. If no fields are connected, you can still add the company without specifying custom field values.

The push writes to Attio. Updated values in Harmonic may appear after the next sync. If a push reports an error, check whether the company was added in Attio before trying again.

Attio fields in Harmonic

  • Synced field values are read-only in Harmonic’s grid. Make ongoing edits in Attio.

  • View them in grid tables by adding them via the Header Cell dropdown menu or the Display panel.

  • View them in side panel under the Workspace tab

  • When adding a company through Harmonic’s Attio push flow, you can supply values for supported connected fields.

FAQs

Q: A connected field is blank or looks out of date

  • A: Check that you connected the correct global or list-specific field and that the company has a value in Attio. Check the integration’s sync status, run Sync now if you have permission, and refresh your view after it finishes. With Never selected, updates will not be pulled in automatically.
