Use Harmonic enrichment blocks in Attio workflows

Automatically enrich company and person records in Attio with data from Harmonic as part of your existing workflows

Overview

Harmonic enrichment blocks allow you to automatically populate Attio with company and people data from Harmonic without writing code.

You can use enrichment blocks to:

  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

  • Automatically enrich new or updated records

  • Reduce manual research and data entry

Enrichment blocks are available for both companies and people.

Note: Access to the Harmonic API is required to use enrichment blocks. Each run of the workflow will consume Harmonic API credits.


Before you begin

To use Harmonic enrichment blocks, you must:

  • Have a Harmonic account with API access

  • Have permission to create or edit workflows in Attio

If you don't have API access, contact support@harmonic.ai.


Create a company enrichment workflow

Use the Enrich company block to look up company information from Harmonic and write it back to Attio.

Step 1: Create or edit a workflow

In Attio:

  1. Navigate to Workflows

  2. Create a new workflow or edit an existing workflow

  3. Select the trigger that should start the workflow

Examples:

  • Company record created

  • Company record updated

  • List entry updated

Step 2: Add the Enrich company block

  1. Add a new workflow block

  2. Select Harmonic → Enrich company

  3. Choose an identifier field from Attio

Supported identifiers:

  • Website domain

  • LinkedIn URL

Step 3: Select output fields

Choose which Harmonic fields should be returned and written to Attio.

Step 4: Map outputs to Attio fields

Map each Harmonic output to the Attio field where the value should be stored.

Step 5: Publish the workflow

Publish the workflow.

When the workflow trigger runs, Harmonic will automatically enrich the company record and return the selected data.


Create a person enrichment workflow

Use the Enrich person block to enrich people records with information from Harmonic.

Step 1: Create or edit a workflow

Choose the workflow trigger that should start enrichment.

Step 2: Add the Enrich person block

  1. Add a new workflow block

  2. Select Harmonic → Enrich person

  3. Choose an identifier field

Supported identifiers:

  • LinkedIn URL

  • Email address

Step 3: Select output fields

Available fields include:

  • Full name

  • LinkedIn headline

  • Current title

  • Current company

  • Location

  • Primary email

  • LinkedIn URL

Step 4: Map outputs to Attio fields

Map the returned values to the appropriate Attio properties.

Step 5: Publish the workflow

Publish the workflow to begin automatic enrichment.

  • Harmonic company ID

  • Description

  • Short description

  • External description

  • Logo URL

  • Headcount

  • Company type

  • Date added to Harmonic

  • Founding Date

  • URL

  • Domain

  • Address

  • Location

  • Street

  • State

  • Zip

  • Country

  • Funding total

  • Number of funding rounds

  • Last funding at

  • Last funding type

  • Last funding total

  • Funding stage

  • Investors

  • Linkedin URL

  • Employee highlights

  • Name aliases

  • Website domain aliases


Available person fields

The Enrich person block supports:

  • Full name

  • LinkedIn headline

  • Current title

  • Current company

  • Address

  • City

  • State

  • Country

  • Primary email

  • Emails

  • LinkedIn URL

  • Highlights

Troubleshooting

No enrichment results returned

Verify that the identifier field contains a valid:

  • Website domain

  • LinkedIn URL

  • Email address (person enrichment only)

Can't add a Harmonic enrichment block

Confirm that your Harmonic account includes API access.
