Slack Integration

Get notified in Slack when new results match your saved search criteria.

There are two ways to set up Slack notifications:

Option 1: From a saved search

  1. Open the saved search you want to receive updates for

  2. Click the bell icon in the top right

  3. Toggle on Slack notifications

  4. Click + Add channel to select which Slack channel should receive alerts

  5. Configure your notification preferences:

    1. Select notification frequency (daily or weekly)

    2. Choose which data fields to include in alerts

Option 2: From settings

  1. Click your name in the bottom left corner

  2. Select Settings

  3. Navigate to Notifications

  4. Scroll to Slack alerts

  5. Add channels and customize notification settings per search

First-time setup

If this is your first time connecting Slack to Harmonic, you'll be redirected to Slack to authorize the Harmonic AI Bot.

  1. Select your Workspace from the dropdown

  2. Choose a Channel for webhook where the bot will post

  3. Review the app permissions

  4. Click Allow

Note: A Slack workspace admin must approve the app installation before you can receive notifications.

Notification details

  • Alerts are sent at 9am PST when new results match your search criteria

  • Choose between daily or weekly notification frequency

  • Customize which data fields are included in each notification (see field options below)

  • You can add multiple Slack channels for the same search

Available data fields

For Company searches:

  • Funding Date

  • Funding Stage

  • Last Funding Date

  • Last Funding Round Total

  • Funding Total

  • Investors

  • Location

  • Headcount

  • Headcount Growth 14D

  • Headcount Growth 30D

  • Headcount Growth 90D

  • Headcount Growth 180D

  • Website

  • LinkedIn

  • Industry Tags

  • Technology Tags

  • Customer Tags

For People searches:

  • LinkedIn URL

  • Location

  • Current Title

  • Headline

  • Current Company
