Track Companies and People with Lists

How to create and use Lists

Use lists to define custom sets of companies or people and quickly customize and review traction metrics. Lists can also be used to include or exclude selected entities from your searches.


Company lists

With Company lists, you can easily view these social and growth indicators:

  • Headcount πŸ‘₯ to indicate internal growth, poor performance or hush funding rounds

  • Social Media Following πŸ‘€ to estimate B2B growth (Twitter), B2C growth (Instagram) and infer performance on advised marketing budgets

  • LinkedIn Following πŸ’Ό to see who's becoming a WFH name and closing deals

People lists

Create lists of interesting people via Harmonic search or CSV import. Lists are regularly refreshed with updates on new jobs or role changes.

With People Lists, you can:

  • Monitor: Keep an eye on prospects, track a portfolio, or monitor your own investments effortlessly. Lists are regularly refreshed with updates on new jobs or role changes.

  • Import LinkedIn Connections: Use our Chrome Extension to import your LinkedIn connections into a People List. Learn more here.

  • Subscribe for Updates: Press "Subscribe" in the top right-hand corner for weekly updates on role changes.


Create a List

  1. Select Lists

  2. Next, select "New List" on the top left of the screen.

  3. Then select Company List or People List and enter a name for your new list.

  4. Choose how you'd like to import companies or profiles.

    • Click Import Companies to import multiple companies or profiles at once.

    • Click Add Company to add companies or profiles individually.
      ​


Adding Companies to Lists

Add companies and people to your lists in several ways:

  • From search results: Select entities and click "Add to list"

  • Chrome extension: Add directly from your browser

  • Import: For importing multiple entities at once, see our Import & Export Data guide


From a search

After performing a search, select the desired entities from the results. Click on "Add to list" and choose the list you want to import them into.


From our Chrome extension

Use the Chrome Extension to easily add entities to your list directly from your browser.


Sharing lists

Share a list with your team OR export your list with all the data points available in the table. Sharing a list also makes it accessible via the Harmonic API.
