How do I submit or update my startup on Harmonic?
Founders and authorized team members can submit or update their startup at harmonic.ai/get-discovered. Use the public form to add a new company, correct existing details, tell your company's story, or share whether you're fundraising. You don't need to be actively raising to submit, and you can open the form without signing into Harmonic.
Harmonic is a startup discovery and intelligence platform. Thousands of investors, corporate development teams, and innovation professionals use it to find their next investment, acquisition, partner, or purchase. Contributing directly helps keep the information they find about your company accurate and current.
When should I submit my company?
You can submit when you:
Start a company and want it represented on Harmonic.
Find missing or inaccurate information about your company or team.
Want to explain your product, market, or team in your own words.
Start fundraising or want to update your fundraising status.
Announce a round or have new company details to share.
A submission is useful even if you aren't fundraising. An accurate company profile also helps potential acquirers, partners, and buyers understand what you're building.
What information should I have ready?
The form asks for your work email, full name, personal LinkedIn, company name, and role. Your work email and personal LinkedIn help verify your submission.
You can also provide your company website, company LinkedIn, cofounders, and team information. Your company website and company LinkedIn are optional, so you can submit before your company has a full online presence.
The funding section asks whether your company has raised funding and whether you're currently fundraising. You can select “Prefer not to disclose.” If you report previous funding, the form asks for additional round details.
You can optionally include:
Your story: context about your company, product, or team. This can appear as written on your company profile.
Notes for Harmonic: corrections, clarifications, or other context for our team. These notes are not displayed on your profile.
A PDF attachment: such as a pitch deck you have permission to share.
What happens after I submit?
Verify your email. Follow the verification message sent to the work email you provided.
Harmonic reviews your submission. Information is reviewed before appearing on company profiles.
Approved information appears on Harmonic. Your story and any included pitch materials can appear in the “From the Team” section. Your fundraising status may also appear on your profile and in search.
Review and approval happen before publication. If you need help with verification or an existing submission, email submissions@harmonic.ai.

Include the incorrect information, the correct information, and a supporting link if you have one. For example: “Our company is now called Acme Robotics. Our website is acmerobotics.example, and our team page reflects the updated name.”
If you've already submitted and need help changing information or materials, contact submissions@harmonic.ai. For corrections made from inside the product, see How do I report data issues?.
How does sharing my fundraising status help?
In 2026 alone, companies that submitted to Harmonic went on to announce over $400 million in funding. Based on funding announcements through October 19, 2026.
Investors can search Harmonic for companies whose founders have reported that they're raising. If approved, a submission indicating “Yes” can produce a “Currently Raising” tag, while “Maybe” can produce a “May Be Raising” tag.
Keep your status current by submitting updated information when your plans change or your round is complete. These signals help investors assess relevance; they don't guarantee contact, introductions, or investment.
For details on how the signals appear, see Founder Submissions and Fundraising Signals.
Can I submit a stealth or very early company?
Yes, you can submit an early company without a website. Share only the information you are ready and authorized to disclose. Approved information and materials can appear on Harmonic, and the consent covers broader use and sharing.
If you are unsure whether particular information should be submitted, contact submissions@harmonic.ai first.
Is a pitch deck required?
No. The PDF attachment is optional. You can submit company information and fundraising status without uploading a deck.
Who can see my submission?
Approved stories and pitch materials can appear on your company profile for Harmonic users. The “From the Team” section identifies the contributor and submission date.
The form's consent permits Harmonic to use and share submitted information - review the consent and share only information and materials you have the right to provide. “Notes for Harmonic” is not displayed on your company profile.
See Harmonic's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Can my AI assistant help me submit?
