What is Personalization?
Personalization lets you tell Scout who you are, what you care about, and how you like to work. Your preferences persist across every conversation, so Scout automatically tailors its responses without you having to repeat yourself.
How to Set It Up
Click Personalize below the chat box, answer a few questions about your role and workflows, and Scout will apply that information to every interaction going forward.
Updating your preferences
Edit in settings — Go to Personalization settings to view and edit your saved preferences directly.
Tell Scout directly — Tell Scout what to remember in any chat and it will update your Personalization settings automatically.
Better together
Pair Personalization with Skills - recurring workflows saved as "/command" for easy reuse. Skills automatically inherit your preferences.
