Now you can ask Scout directly in Slack!

An admin of your Slack workspace needs to initially install the app itself. Use the button below to add the app to your workspace.

Note: while the Slack app is being developed, there will be a warning that the app is not yet approved by Slack.

Each member of your team who would like to use the Slack app will need to individually authenticate afterwards with their own Harmonic seat.

Locate Scout within the "Apps" section in Slack

Then click "Connect Harmonic"

Tag Scout in any channel to invoke the agent in the background and get a notification when the output is complete.

When tagging Scout in a thread, Scout will be able to read the text contents of the thread to get context and continue conversations. Scout is also available to message directly.

Scout usage through Slack will count towards each individual's credit limits per user.
