Step 1: Connect Polytomic to your Harmonic Account using your supplied API key.

Step 2: Create a new model in Polytomic for enrichment in Harmonic

Step 3: Choose + save the data fields you would like to sync

Step 4: Enable the Data Enrichment option and select Harmonic

Step 5: Create a Model Sync

Step 6: Specify Field Mappings

For the identity mapping, you will want map the Company Domain Name from the Model you created to the Company domain name in your CRM. From there, you can specify the field mappings that you want to sync.

Step 7: Set Frequency of sync Schedule then press Save

Step 8: Run a test sync and verify that the data looks correct in your destination

Step 9: Enable sync

Make sure the Enable Sync tab is checked green for the sync to run. You can revisit this page in the future to edit the configuration of the sync.
